Psilocybin for Creativity

Psilocybin-assisted therapy

Psilocybin experiences don't always have to begin with something that needs to be healed. Reset offers individual and small-group experiences for people interested in exploring creativity, new perspectives, curiosity, and possibility.

These sessions may be a fit for artists, writers, entrepreneurs, creative professionals, teams, or anyone interested in approaching their creative process from a different perspective. Experiences can be centered around creative blocks, new ideas, collaboration, or simply creating space to think and experience things differently. Each experience is thoughtfully planned around each person or group's intentions, with preparation and integration support throughout the process.

What to Expect

Individual Creativity Sessions

Preparation:  You’ll spend at least two hours preparing with your facilitator before your psilocybin session. You might talk about a project you're working on, a place where you feel stuck, ideas you've been thinking about, or simply your interest in seeing your creative process differently. You don't need to come in with a specific problem to solve. Preparation is also time to talk about what to expect during the session and how you'd like your facilitator to support you.

Administration Session: Your psilocybin session is private and individually supported by your facilitator. The experience is allowed to unfold naturally, without pressure to produce ideas or accomplish a particular creative goal.

Integration: After your session, you’ll meet with your facilitator to talk about the experience and any ideas, questions, or perspectives you want to spend more time with. You may come away thinking differently about a project, a creative block, your own creative process, or something you hadn't planned to explore at all. Integration gives you time to sort through those thoughts without feeling like you need to turn the experience into a specific outcome.

Group Creativity Sessions

Preparation:  Each group member receives a one-hour individual preparation session with their facilitator to explore their own intentions, questions, and goals for the experience. The group then comes together for an additional one-hour preparation session to establish shared intentions, discuss the group experience, and prepare for the session together.

Administration Session: Group creativity sessions are available for up to four participants. The experience provides space for both individual exploration and connection with the group, allowing ideas, perspectives, and interactions to emerge naturally rather than following a structured agenda or creative task.

Integration: Following the experience, integration provides an opportunity to reflect on what emerged during the session and explore how new ideas, perspectives, or insights might be carried forward. You will meet with your facilitator and the other members of the group for at least 2 hours of support. Group integration creates space to revisit the shared experience and continue conversations or ideas that began during the session.
