I used to have a very professional-yet boring-"About Me" section, solely focused on my education and training. But my guess is that you are here to actually get a feel for who I am, what I believe, what I struggle with and what I'm passionate about. So here it is...

I'm an explorer, yet I recognize that I have limits. I stand up for what I believe in. I dislike being stagnant and somehow always find myself delving into new things. These last few years have been a challenge, however they have also filled me with gratitude and motivation. I want to use every second that I have on this earth. So I live; wholeheartedly and as true to myself as I know how to be.

I am a mother. My son challenges me to be a better human being, to slow down and enjoy the small things and to never stop learning. He's taught me a love that is deep and unconditional. Being a parent has shown me that I still have a lot of growth to do. I'm working hard on my own shortcomings, both for myself and for my family. It's a daily struggle to change patterns that keep me stuck, but I find encouragement in knowing that the effort is worth it-which is evident in my loving, gentle, amazing little boy. I have extreme empathy and compassion for parents who are struggling to raise their children in a scary and unpredictable world.

I'm from a very small mid-western town. Growing up in the country taught me the beauty of nature, the need for peace, and the importance of community and family. I have lived in several different states, each one teaching me new life lessons. I have a strong love and empathy for all living creatures. I have been known to catch and release every bug that I find crawling in my house or workplace. I love learning, teaching and helping others. My self care includes last minute mountain trips, long showers, playing with my son and husband, dancing to live music, scuba diving, gardening and cooking.

I specialize in childhood trauma, grief and parenting. Throughout my career, I've noticed that there is often a long line of generational trauma in many families. Even with the support and love of family and friends, future generations often feel the burden of these long ago hurts. My intention is to use psilocybin-assisted therapy to clear some of this deep trauma and promote healthier individuals and families. I also want to use this modality to heal adults' inner child that never had a voice. I truly believe these medicines will make a huge difference in the lives of many.

Business Headshot.JPG

I’ve always been curious about people. I grew up doing theater and immersing myself in movies as a window into the wide range of human emotions as well as to gain exposure to experiences beyond my small, rural hometown. Since then, I’ve lived in a handful of places, traveled, and eventually found myself back home to Colorado with my husband and our young son. Motherhood has been one of the most humbling and beautiful chapters of my life. My son keeps me grounded, challenges me to grow, and reminds me to be gentle - with him, and with myself.

As a psychologist, I’ve spent most of my career supporting people in navigating the deep impacts of trauma, ranging from early attachment wounds to experiences of sexual violence and combat. Through that work, I’ve come to believe that healing isn’t about fixing ourselves, but about learning to hold our pain with compassion and to move toward growth with intention and care.

My path into psilocybin-assisted therapy grew from a desire to offer deeper, more integrative approaches to healing. In this space, my role isn’t to provide answers, but to create safety and a steady presence that makes room for it all. For grief, for anger, for insight, for awe. I strive to be someone you can feel safe enough with to explore what you’ve been carrying and begin to release what’s ready to move.

I believe that psilocybin-assisted therapy has the potential to not only help people process their pain, but to reconnect with a deeper sense of self that feels honest and meaningful. This work continues to teach me the power of presence, and I’m honored to join alongside others as they navigate this process.

Psychedelic therapist

My name is Rebecca (Rivkah) Standig and I am a Licensed Social Worker, Natural Medicine Clinical Facilitator, and life coach based in Denver, with extensive personal and professional experience with psychedelic healing. My background includes InnerTrek’s Psychedelic Facilitator Training for psilocybin; Psychedelics Today’s year-long Vital program, completing a certificate in Psychedelic-Informed Practice, Harm Reduction, and Integration; Journey Clinical & Fluence’s Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy Theory & Methodology training; as well as two trainings with Autistic Psychedelic Community on Psychedelic Care for Neurodivergent Clients. In addition to psilocybin facilitation, I see clients in my private practice, Rainbow Reflections.

Having lived in 9 different US states and Tel Aviv, Israel, I bring a rich and diverse perspective to my practice. As a queer non-binary Jewish person of color navigating life with other marginalized identities, I am committed to providing a safe and inclusive space for individuals from all walks of life.

I combine elements of spirituality and psychedelics as holistic paths for healing, inner reflection, and growth. If clients are interested in using their spirituality as a lens to interpret their experience, that’s something that can be explored together. One of the perspectives I offer is rooted in the mystical tradition of Judaism, known as Kabbalah. Some of the trainings I have taken related to this include Using Judaism as a Container for Psychedelic Experiences; studying under Rabbi Tirzah Firestone, Ph.D. on the use of Jungian depth psychology and embodied ritual work for intergenerational trauma healing; and multiple Kabbalah trainings.

I am passionate about working with those with marginalized identities—individuals navigating issues related to sexual, gender, spiritual, and racial identity, as well as neurodivergence (ADHD & Autism). I also support those with Complex PTSD, ancestral and intergenerational trauma, and anyone seeking to cultivate healthier relationships, including those in polyamorous/ethically non-monogamous relationships.

Raised in Kansas and residing in Denver, Colorado since 2012, I am a therapist, sister, daughter, artist, animal-caregiver, and partner. My bloodlines have been shaped by the indigenous lands of the Comanche peoples and regions of Germany through my father’s line, and the landscapes of Belgium and Ireland through my mother’s.

After battling my own journey with substance addiction, my path in supporting others began during a personal transformation in my late twenties. Like seeds waiting for the right conditions to sprout, this pivotal time inspired me to explore contemplative practices and the integration of Eastern, Western, & Indigenous healing approaches.

I root my practice in accountability and reciprocity while committing to communal spaces of connection, exploration, and healing. My work focuses on helping individuals uncover and reclaim their choice and expression through a collaborative, safe, and non-judgmental space.

I integrate mindfulness-based, relational, somatic, creative, existential and transpersonal therapies. I am guided by a trauma-informed, systems-oriented and liberation-focused perspective. I offer support for many different communities - including Queer, Neurodivergent, and historically oppressed peoples. I specialize in addiction recovery, anxiety, depression, developmental trauma, existentialism, and spiritual integration.

I believe that everyone has the capacity to heal. I am humbled to walk alongside others as they embark on their path toward wholeness. Our work together is like tending a garden - patient, intentional, and trusting in the natural wisdom of growth.

  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker-State of Colorado

  • Licensed Natural Medicine Clinical Facilitator in Training-State of Colorado

  • Certified in Advanced Palliative and Hospice Social Work (APHSW-C)

  • Certificate - Psilocybin Facilitator Training through Naropa University

My name is Laurel (she/her) and in approaching career choices, I have followed a thread of curiosity: How do human beings develop and relate over time, given that change is perpetual? That curiosity first led me to comparative religious studies as an undergraduate student, having grown up without a religious or spiritual backdrop. The curiosity then easily led me to social work; I love hearing stories from many lenses and witnessing people’s lives. The curiosity has also helped me see how naturally these paths intertwine through psilocybin-assisted therapy, which led me to training and licensing in this area.

I have been lucky to create a career largely focused on supporting people with advanced illnesses (and their families) in various medical settings as a palliative care social worker. I have met people in short- and long-term hospitals, rehabilitation settings, and homes; together we assess how their lives were, how they are now, and how they are likely to look in the future. At times this has meant supporting people through their deaths, and at other times this has meant navigating the ongoing process of planning and making decisions as new information arises. In keeping with this passion, I have great respect for those who provide care for others; I value the family system (biological or not) for each of its parts as well as the whole. I find myself drawn particularly to support people during processes of change, flux, and transition - as well as the grief that accompanies these processes or losses.

I believe that, over time and circumstances, we find ourselves separated from our intuition and inner wisdom. With a quiet, supportive, safe space through a psilocybin journey, I believe the answers you hold within yourself - and through the wisdom of those before and around us - can best be heard. I intend to provide that space and support you through receiving and interpreting the messages that arise as you move forward.

I’m an extroverted introvert- someone who deeply values solitude and people-watching, yet thrives on meaningful connection. I grew up in a small town in Nebraska and have gradually made my way to larger cities, including a formative chapter living in the Dominican Republic. My time there opened my eyes to both the depth of human suffering and the beauty of simplicity, and it reinforced the profound power of raw, authentic connection. It also confirmed my passion for helping others and exploring the complexities of the mind.

I earned bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Spanish, followed by a Master’s in Clinical Social Work. Since then, I’ve worked across a range of public health settings, often serving under-resourced communities, including Spanish speaking and undocumented individuals, survivors of domestic violence, parents navigating substance use and housing instability, and incarcerated youth. I continue this work in public health, while also maintaining a small private
practice focused on supporting adults.

My clinical passions lie in working with trauma, grief, relationships, spiritual or religious questions, and work-life stress. Interestingly, many of the methods I now practice as a therapist, such as Reiki, EMDR, and Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy, are ones I first experienced as a client. They’ve been transformative in my own healing journey, and I chose to train in them because I believe so deeply in their potential to support others. I trust in the intelligence of the inner healer and the wisdom of plant medicine.

On a personal note, I’m a lover of animals, plants, dancing, laughter, reading, naps, and movement. I’m also a proud single parent to a spirited young daughter- a role that continues to teach me how to laugh at life’s unpredictability, ask for help, find strength in solitude, and keep seeking genuine human connection.

My hope is to connect with others in a meaningful way, to help people find what they’re looking for, to sit beside them in their journey, and to be fully present as they reconnect with themselves and the world around them.

Hello there, I’m Amy. I have a very curious, open-minded and patient nature. Qualities that have served me well in traditional Psychotherapy and certainly serve me well as a Psychedelic Facilitator.

Discovering Psychedelics as a healing modality has breathed new life into me personally and professionally. I had been practicing traditional Psychotherapy for 20 years or so, specializing in anxiety, trauma and attachment wounding. There seemed to be a deeper level that talk therapy and EMDR has a hard time getting to if ever. I'd had some pretty transformative experiences myself with psychedelics and learned of new opportunities in 2020 with the start of my education with ketamine assisted psychotherapy. I utilized the captivity of the pandemic lockdown to deep dive into psychedelic healing both academically and personally. It has been a great expansion for me and I am excited to share this with you.

I believe that psychedelics can take us well beneath our cerebral cortex or thinking mind. They can open access to a level of our psyche where early wounding often lives and where our intuitive healing self is.  I believe this is Spirit level work and hold it in sacred reverence.

I find my personal connection to the sacred in my connection with the natural world. I am a gardener, I tinker with herbalism and I refill my spirit with earth-based practices connected to the wheel of the year. I also love to get crafty with plants and other natural elements and to share this fun with others.

I grew up in Michigan and left after college to chart my own course. I come to Colorado by way of Phoenix, Arizona and St Louis, Missouri. I’m so glad I kept going because I love it here!

My name is Mieszka (mee’ yesh’ kah) and I’m a licensed Natural Medicine Clinical Facilitator in training, Licensed Social Worker, proud Army Veteran and 2x Ironman athlete. After witnessing numerous veterans struggling to navigate their new normal after traumatic or moral injury events, I left my government career to focus on helping people navigate their post-trauma world. In my talk therapy practice, I use trauma-focused therapies to help clients feel safe to examine the existential questions that arise after traumatic or moral injury events, and after experiencing the profound effects of psychedelic medicine in my own post-war mental health battle, I embraced ketamine and psilocybin as life-changing interventions for my clients.

In my daily life, triathlon is my “self-care” passion and I’m grateful to live in such a beautiful state in which to train. As an Ironman triathlete, I understand the anxiety of sports performance and the mental resilience required for endurance sports, and I am blessed to have an incredibly supportive husband who never complains about my multi-hour training sessions in the mountains or my seemingly endless quest for better gear and new bikes.

With more than 15 years of clinical experience, I have devoted my life to creating affirming and inclusive spaces where people feel truly seen, heard, and valued. My own journey with psychedelics continues to bring meaning, joy, and humility to my life-and has led me to this very place to hold space for others. I thrive in nature, whether savoring the morning sunshine and coffee, hiking with my spouse and friends, or gardening, listening to the birds, or woodworking.

These moments have taught me the importance of presence. I offer individual, dyad/couples, and small group psilocybin-assisted journeys. Working one-on-one offers a personalized space for reflection, release, and self-discovery. Couples and dyad sessions are a signature part of my practice, inviting two people--partners, friends, or family members--into a shared healing experience that fosters understanding and connection. I also hold profound respect for the medicine of community; small group work reminds us that we heal in relationship, and that healing ripples outward.

My approach is relational, strengths-based, and oriented toward re-storying-supporting the unfolding of new narratives that bring greater coherence and meaning. Psychedelic experiences often bring forth powerful imagery, ancestral themes, and new perspectives on connection and purpose. Together, we work to uncover the meaning within those experiences-to transform overwhelming memories into narratives of resilience, and to restore balance in relationships that span across time and lineage. I hold the belief that we are all truly walking hand in hand. The stories we reimagine and the balance we restore are never ours alone.

My name is Ellen, and I’m happy to tell you a bit about myself. I did not come to understand the power of psychedelics until mid-life, but what a ride it’s been since then! After responding “yes” to a calling to work in the helping profession and pursuing degrees in psychology and social work, I spent a couple of decades working in the child welfare field which taught me many lessons that I apply to my work today, including that systems can at times cause more harm than help and that traumatic experiences do not define us.

But let me back up for a moment… At 19 years old, I went on a Vision Quest in the boundary waters of Canada, a life-changing event that allowed me to learn more about indigenous people and rites of passage and set in motion a lifelong quest for purpose and meaning. Shortly after this experience, I relocated from suburban Chicago to Southern California to further my education, explore a different state and play college volleyball. After 9 years living in Southern California, I spent a year volunteering in the Marshall Islands where I taught at a local high school before returning to the U.S. and moving to Colorado.

I am a mom of three children and a “Nana” to two grandchildren who all bring great joy to my life. Besides spending time with family, I enjoy traveling, playing volleyball, walking in nature, listening to music or a podcast, exploring my genealogy (my paternal grandparents were first generation immigrants, one from Ireland and one from Scotland), and learning new self-care techniques (the most recent one I’m exploring is QiGong). I’ve also taken a recent interest in reading about Human Design which I find fascinating!

Working with plant medicines has been a gift, one which I feel such deep gratitude to be able to share with others. I believe these medicines help heal and align body, mind, spirit and soul in a way that is far different and usually deeper than traditional modes of therapy. A fundamental belief that drives me in working with psychedelics is our inherent human capacity to change and to heal, regardless of how, where or why we feel stuck in life. We can feel stuck because things have happened to us or around us that we had no control over and that have caused us pain. Sometimes the pain is so great that we feel driven to do just about anything to try to find relief, and sometimes the pain or discomfort is because we just feel like there is something more out there to explore and help us grow as human beings… and then there is a whole spectrum in between those two ends. For myself, I have been at many points on this spectrum at various times in my life and psychedelics, in particular psilocybin, have helped me push beyond my comfort zone into growth and healing in unexpected ways, and these personal experiences are what drove me to become a trained facilitator. My approach to psilocybin sessions is to provide a safe, nurturing, supportive space in which your own inner healer emerges and guides the work that needs to unfold, and whatever unfolds will be welcomed in a non-judgmental way so that you can enter into a deeper relationship with your authentic self.
