This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information through our website, www.coloradoreset.com, and related communications and services.

When you visit our website, contact us, or receive services through Reset, we may collect information including:

  • Your name, email address, and phone number

  • Information related to your interest in our services

  • Scheduling, screening, intake, and consent information

  • Health-related information and service documentation, when applicable

Our website platform may also collect limited technical information, such as IP addresses, browser types, device information, and website activity. We recognize that individuals contacting Reset may share sensitive personal or health-related information. We take steps to protect this information through secure systems and privacy safeguards, including HIPAA-related protections where applicable. While our contact forms are configured to protect sensitive information, we encourage visitors to reserve detailed medical histories and other highly sensitive information for our secure intake and screening process.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information to:

  • Respond to inquiries and questions

  • Provide information about our services

  • Coordinate consultations, screening, and appointments

  • Facilitate communication between clients and authorized professionals

  • Provide and document natural medicine services

  • Process payments and maintain business records

  • Maintain website functionality and security

  • Comply with applicable legal, professional, and regulatory obligations

We do not enroll individuals in marketing communications or newsletters when they submit a website inquiry.

3. Confidentiality and Health Information

Reset is a Colorado-licensed Natural Medicine Healing Center. We recognize that individuals contacting us or receiving services may share sensitive information about their physical health, mental health, personal experiences, or reasons for seeking services. We take steps to safeguard personal and health-related information through administrative, technical, and organizational protections.

Where applicable, we handle protected health information in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), Colorado privacy and confidentiality requirements, and applicable professional and regulatory obligations. Access to confidential information is limited to authorized individuals who require it for legitimate service-related, administrative, or legal purposes. This Privacy Policy does not replace any separate Notice of Privacy Practices or confidentiality disclosures that may apply to clinical services.

4. Facilitators and Professional Services

Reset works with licensed natural medicine facilitators and other qualified professionals who provide services at our healing center. When necessary to respond to an inquiry, coordinate services, or arrange an introduction to a facilitator, we may share relevant information with the professional involved. Facilitators providing services through Reset may access client information and documentation as necessary to perform their professional responsibilities, subject to applicable confidentiality and privacy requirements. Reset maintains centralized documentation for natural medicine services provided through our center, as described below.

5. Sharing of Personal Information

We do not sell personal information.

We may share information with authorized professionals and service providers when reasonably necessary to operate our business, coordinate services, maintain records, or process payments. These may include website hosting providers, electronic recordkeeping platforms, email providers, and payment processors. We may also disclose information when required or permitted by applicable law, regulation, or legal process. We do not share information submitted through our website contact forms with third-party advertisers for targeted advertising.

6. Website Hosting, Forms, Email, and Client Records

Wix Website and Contact Forms

Our website is hosted by Wix. Reset has activated Wix's HIPAA PHI protection features and entered into a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with Wix. We use Wix Forms to receive website inquiries and configure fields containing personal information as sensitive where supported.

Google Workspace

We use Google Workspace for business email communications and have entered into a BAA covering applicable Google Workspace services.

SimplePractice and Client Records

Reset uses SimplePractice as its centralized practice management and electronic recordkeeping system for clients receiving psilocybin services at our healing center. This includes documentation related to screening, preparation, natural medicine administration sessions, integration, and other associated services. Documentation for clients receiving services at Reset is maintained within Reset's SimplePractice system, including records completed by facilitators working through our center. Access to client records is limited to authorized individuals based on their professional responsibilities and applicable confidentiality requirements. These systems form part of our efforts to protect sensitive information. However, no electronic communication or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

7. Cookies and Website Technologies

Our website is hosted through Wix, which uses cookies and similar technologies to support website functionality, security, and performance.

These technologies may collect technical information, including IP addresses, browser types, device information, and general website activity.

We do not currently have third-party advertising pixels or separately connected analytics tools configured through Wix's marketing integrations.

Visitors may manage or restrict cookies through their browser settings, although disabling certain cookies may affect website functionality.

We periodically review website technologies with particular attention to the privacy of individuals seeking natural medicine services.

8. Payments and Payment Processing

Reset uses Square to process payments for services. For payment processing, we collect the payer's first name, last name, and email address, along with information necessary to complete and document the transaction. To protect client privacy, payments are described as “professional services” rather than identifying specific treatments or disclosing clinical information. Payment card information is processed through Square's payment systems rather than through our general website contact forms. Reset retains appropriate billing and transaction records for business, accounting, and applicable legal or regulatory purposes. Square maintains its own privacy and security practices, which can be reviewed at https://squareup.com/us/en/legal/general/privacy.

9. Data Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal and health-related information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or loss. These safeguards include access controls, privacy-conscious website configurations, secure recordkeeping systems, and appropriate service-provider arrangements. Although we take reasonable precautions, no website, electronic transmission, or storage system is entirely free from risk.

10. Information Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, unless a longer retention period is required by applicable laws, professional standards, or regulatory obligations. General website inquiries that do not result in services may be deleted when they are no longer needed. Client and participant records are maintained in accordance with applicable clinical, professional, and natural medicine recordkeeping requirements.

11. Your Privacy Choices and Rights

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you have provided, subject to applicable laws and recordkeeping requirements. Certain records may need to be retained for clinical, legal, regulatory, or business purposes. Additional rights may apply to protected health information under HIPAA or other applicable laws. For privacy-related questions or requests, please contact us using the information below.

12. Age Restrictions and Minors

Our natural medicine services are intended for adults age 21 and older. Our website is not directed toward children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under age 13 through our website. If we become aware that personal information from a child under 13 has been collected, we will take appropriate steps to address it in accordance with applicable law.

13. Third-Party Websites

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services. Reset is not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or security of websites we do not operate. We encourage visitors to review the privacy policies of third-party websites before providing personal information.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our services, business practices, website technologies, or applicable laws. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
