Environmental Plan for Reset, LLC

Vision

To operate a psilocybin healing center that minimizes environmental impact while fostering a meaningful connection to nature, sustainability, and stewardship for clients, staff, and the broader community.

2025 Goal Completion & Transition to 2026

Reset, LLC successfully met all Environmental goals established for the 2025 operating year. By the end of 2025, the organization completed its planned energy-efficient office setup, implemented a functional recycling program, and incorporated biophilic design elements, including indoor air-purifying plants, into the healing space.

The 2026 Environmental Plan builds on this completed foundation and shifts focus from initial implementation to ongoing maintenance, optimization, and accountability, ensuring that sustainability practices remain integrated into daily operations as the organization matures.

1. Energy Efficiency & Resource Conservation

Goal: Maintain and optimize energy-efficient office operations throughout 2026.

• Strategic:

  • Continue use of LED lighting and energy-efficient appliances

  • Utilize programmable or automated controls for lighting and HVAC where available

  • Encourage energy-conserving behaviors, including power-down procedures and limited after-hours use

• Measurable:

  • Maintain documentation of energy-efficient fixtures and equipment

  • Conduct an annual review of utility usage to identify efficiency trends

• Ambitious:

  • Commit to energy-efficient replacements and upgrades as equipment reaches end-of-life

 

• Realistic:

  • Focus on low-cost, high-impact efficiency practices appropriate for a small office footprint

• Time-Bound:

  • Annual review completed by December 2026

• Inclusive:

  • Share energy-conservation practices with staff and clients through informal education and modeling

  • Coordinate with building or municipal recycling services to ensure appropriate disposal

• Measurable:

  • Conduct quarterly visual audits of recycling participation and contamination

  • Maintain simple tracking notes on waste and recycling patterns

• Ambitious:

  • Achieve consistent recycling awareness and participation among staff and clients through signage and orientation

• Realistic:

  • Utilize cost-effective, space-appropriate bins and signage suitable for a micro-healing center

• Time-Bound:

  • Quarterly reviews conducted throughout 2026

  • Provide recycling instructions using clear language, visuals, and accessible labeling

3. Indoor Environmental Quality & Biophilic Design

Goal: Maintain 5–10 air-purifying plants to support indoor air quality and a nature-connected healing environment throughout 2026.

• Strategic:

  • Continue use of air-purifying indoor plants as part of Reset, LLC’s therapeutic and environmental design

• Measurable:

  • Maintain a minimum of five healthy plants onsite

  • Conduct biannual qualitative reviews of indoor environmental comfort

• Ambitious:

  • Support measurable or perceptible improvements in indoor comfort and environmental quality over time

• Realistic:

  • Select hardy, low-maintenance plants appropriate for indoor office settings

• Time-Bound:

  • Biannual assessments conducted during 2026

• Inclusive:

  • Share plant-care knowledge and biophilic design concepts with staff and interested clients

• Equitable:

  • Prioritize affordable plant options and accessible care practices to encourage replication in clients’ own spaces

  Sustainability efforts are reflected in the physical space and may be shared with clients or on Reset, LLC’s website to encourage environmental awareness and connection to nature.
